I like the sound of the BBQ Duck salad but Id wonder what was in the marinade as they cooked it on the BBQ. I also like the sound of Spiced duck confit and just be wry how much mu sweet potato you eat!

I wish I had a restaurant close by that offered so many good choices! This is a fabulous menu. I’m usually stuck with a burger and no bun and no fries option or the all day breakfast! Lucky you!!

I would go with the pork tenderloin without the corn and do the cauliflower side. I would ask to make sure that there is no sugar or gluten in the food.

Great to be at a restaurant with so many good options! The salad with tuna looks amazing except for the tuna part -- I would definitely order that one if it were chicken or beef. I’d probably get the Brussels sprouts. I’d ask some more questions about the short ribs or get one of the steaks with veggies.

Will you do another post with what you ended up getting?

For items to share, Charcuterie or cheese are usually safe and good as long as long as they can be served with veggies. For starters, I might try the peppers. (The octopus is likely to be gluten free, but there are carbs in the bean puree and the dressing, plus I just read Remarkably Bright Creatures...) For starters I'd choose the cauliflower or the Brussel sprouts. For a main course I might choose the tenderloin or the salmon without the corn - or the burger with no bun or fries. I usually ask whether dishes are gluten free just to be sure.

I would choose the braised beef with the creamed cauliflower that accompanies the flank steak. None of the other sides are any good. Sometimes I’m not sure about the cauliflower so if was afraid to take a risk I would get a simple side salad with vinaigrette.

Without going through every item on the menu, if I was faced with this menu and ordering to my own tastes I would choose the mediterranean tuna salad and the pork tenderloin or salmon without the creamed corn. But I have no idea what banyuls are, so there would be a question about those too. But looks like you could have a very good night out by leaving out fries, parsnip puree etc and sub substituting with a cauliflower side. Deli platter looks like a no brainer, however I would want the meats to be nitrate/preservative free, so there would be questions about that too.
