Today we’re giving you a peek inside our refrigerator so that you can see exactly what Josh and I (and our kids!) are eating these days. And yes, we may have given our fridge a good wipe-down before snapping these photos. :)
One of the benefits of sharing this is first to help you understand how we individualize the Migraine Miracle Program guidelines for ourselves. But it also gives how we cook for a family of four, and how we manage cooking and eating with a busy schedule.
Josh and I both work from home and our kids school from home, and we rarely eat out. So, we keep plenty of food cooked in the fridge ready to be heated. I often cook a number of options at a time to store since I may not have time to cook full meals some days. We label leftovers with the day they were made to ensure that everything gets eaten before it spoils. And as you’ll see from the photo, I made a great many options last night to have stored for the coming days.
You’ll notice in the photo that I’ve numbered each item. I’ll walk you through each one, how it’s made or how it’s used, and who in our family eats it.
