When people come to the Migraine Miracle Program, they typically expect to make changes to their diets. It’s usually when they start digging into the full scope of the things in the Beast Slayer Training Academy that they realize that providing our brain with what it needs to thrive and keep you-know-who away is about much more than food!
Most folks do focus their early efforts on changing diet habits and reducing abortive medications. It’s when those pieces start to fall into place that they expand their focus to other lifestyle mismatches (and this is why most of our members go through our Jump Start Challenge and Beast Slayer Training Academy multiple times).
And I can personally attest to the importance of doing so, as there are two areas that I found to be VERY helpful in terms of moving me along the timeline of migraine freedom.
